Ico Traders customer’s satisfaction is our top priority and we hope that you love what you buy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the products. Provided that the products are in original condition and are accompanied with their original packaging, we will either exchange it, replace it, provide an Ico credit, or refund the purchase price (at our discretion).
If a product is faulty – please notify us immediately and keep all packaging for the returning of goods.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged for something else or a credit. Please email miranda@icotraders.co.nz notifying us that you wish to return an item, including the invoice number on the email, and the reason for returning it.
We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will also refund the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked service for any return, as until the goods reach us, they are still your responsibility. Products can be returned to the following address:

****Causes of corrosion********
Salt spray and onshore sea winds can cause damage to metal furniture. Primarily made up of sodium chloride, saltwater accelerates the electrochemical reactions that cause rusting and other forms of corrosion on metal. The high level of relative humidity (RH) in coastal areas can also add to deterioration. Atmospheric pollutants and other man-made compounds like sulphur dioxide, that can be found in the moisture layers caused by fog, mist or dew can also cause harm. Coastal areas which frequently experience high humidity, regular fogs and long periods without rains are particularly vulnerable, please follow our care instructions to keep your furniture in the best possible condition.

Ico Traders is a trading name of Ico Traders Limited and herein may be referred to as “Ico Traders”, “We” or “Us”. As used herein, “Customer” and “You” shall mean the person or organisation who takes possession of the products and any other person or organisation to whom charges are to be billed, all of whom will be jointly and severally liable hereunder.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated and implied.
2. PRICE, CURRENCY + GST
All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) only, we do not accept payments in other currencies. Ico Traders reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.
3. PAYMENT + SECURITY
Ico Traders credit card information security policy: Ico Traders uses eWAY for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.
Bank Deposit / Direct Debit Payments may also be made by bank deposit for New Zealand orders. Goods will be held for 3 working days from date of order for payment to appear, if it does not then the order will be cancelled & goods placed back into stock. Cancelled unshipped orders which require a refund will incur a 5% transaction fee.
4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our products are sent directly to you from our Ico Traders warehouse. We use Mainfreight2Home for larger parcels and Aramex couriers for all other orders throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind of both ourselves and the customer. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the nearest courier office. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders) within 1-2 business days.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you live outside of the list of countries we ship to and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email us with your destination and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival of an international order will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. LAYBY
Layby on New Zealand orders only. Layby deposit is 20% on in stock items & 50% on pre orders (or by arrangement). Layby must be paid in full within 4 weeks or by arrangement. Cancellation admin fee of $20 applies to all cancelled or returned lay-bys or pre-orders. Goods will be held for 3 working days from date of order for payment to appear, if it does not then the order will be cancelled & goods placed back into stock. No layby on sale items or promotional deals.
7. PRE-ORDERS
We offer pre-orders on selected items. Please note delivery dates can change due to circumstances out of our control. Pre-orders can be paid for in full using our credit / debit card payment system or a minimum 50% deposit be made via internet banking direct to our account. Payment needs to be received within 3 working days of when the order was placed to confirm the pre-order. When ordering additional items with a pre-ordered item, your order will be sent once all items are in stock unless specified or requested. Cancellation admin fee of $20 applies to all cancelled or returned lay-bys or pre-orders.

9. SURCHARGE
A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
All promotions and discount codes are issued at the discretion of Ico Traders. We reserve the right to cancel any order which has unauthorised use of a discount code. Promotional offer and discount codes can only be used once per customer per promotion, unless specified. The Welcome discount does not include bundle deals or any other items already on discount. Promotional offer and discount codes will not be extended beyond the specified end date. No lay-by unless specified. No holds or returns.
