While New Zealand is the best place in the world to live, the climate can be harsh. Steel & sticky salt air are not great friends. We do all we can to protect our designs from corrosion caused by our environment, but sometimes it’s necessary to step it up. Stainless Steel is the best defence against sea spray, ocean winds, humidity & high rainfall areas.

The Benmore Bench is becoming famous for its simplicity & versatility.

Its easy to move around your home as your lifestyle changes. Outside in summer & indoors when the seasons change. The Benmore Bench works with most dining tables & fits at the end of a bed. It can be used as a statement piece in your entranceway, or in a quiet space, sitting on your porch.

A moveable solid metal plate creates additional options. Position the plate on top to create a stable place for cups & glasses, or place below to hold shoes, books, & plants. For a sleeker more streamlined look, remove it completely.

Each bench comes with one plate included in the price, extras are available for purchase separately.

Because of the handcrafted nature of making the Benmore bench, each one is unique, our furniture is not mass produced! The straightness of wires depends on where the wire is taken from the roll. We consider a little wiggle in the wires as personality, not a fault.
