At Ico Traders, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.
You can return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it.
Make sure the item is unused, still in original condition, and includes all original packaging.
Choose from a refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Please email [email protected] with your invoice number and the reason for returning the item.
Let us know as soon as you notice the fault.
Keep the packaging, just in case we need it for a return.
We’ll cover the cost to return faulty items. After that, we’ll either repair, replace, or refund the product.
We don’t offer refunds for sale items.
However, you can request an exchange or store credit instead.
We can’t accept returns with damaged packaging unless the item itself is faulty.
You’ll need to pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Use a tracked courier – you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Faults in materials or craftsmanship
Breakage under normal use
If your item is under warranty, we will:
Repair the item
Replace broken parts
Swap it for a new one if we can’t fix it
Refund you if we can’t replace or repair it
Damage from neglect or misuse
Changes made to the product without approval
Loss or theft
Damage from natural disasters
Claims made more than 2 years after purchase
Our furniture is durable, but even the best finishes need care.

We use Stripe to process card payments securely.
Ico Traders never sees your full card number.

We dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days, excluding custom products.
