To apply for a trade or wholesale account, please complete our application form and return it to Georgia.
Account Application Form – ICO TRADERS
To open a wholesale account, we require a minimum order of 10 or more pieces. Once your account is set up, you can order single items from our available stock whenever needed.
At Ico Traders, customer satisfaction always comes first.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please do not sign for the delivery. Instead:
Take clear photos of the damage
Contact us within 24 hours by emailing [email protected]
We will arrange for the damaged goods to be picked up and replaced immediately. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll organise a refund instead.

We want your wholesale experience to be safe and secure. That’s why we collect only the information we need to process your order—and we store it securely.
We never share your details with third parties. Your privacy is important to us.
Ico Traders is the trading name of Ico Traders Limited. In this agreement, we may refer to ourselves as “Ico Traders,” “We,” or “Us.”
“You” or “Customer” refers to the person or business receiving our products. Anyone listed on the invoice will be jointly and severally liable for the account.
Placing an order means you accept our full terms and conditions—both those stated here and any others implied.
All wholesale prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST. The current Goods and Services Tax (GST) is 15%.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will process all orders in NZD.
We use Xero for invoicing. You can pay via online bank transfer. We require full payment before dispatch, unless we have approved 30-day terms.
We offer 30-day terms by agreement only, and this is subject to our discretion.
We send all orders directly from the Ico Traders warehouse. We use Aramex or Mainfreight2Home depending on parcel size and destination.
Unless you request otherwise, we do not use a signature-required service. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card with collection instructions.
We calculate your shipping cost at checkout. For most orders, we aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days, excluding custom orders.
We ship internationally to selected countries. If your destination isn’t listed, please email us with your location. We’ll provide a custom shipping quote based on your order.
Please note: Any customs fees, duties, or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
