Feather Inner
Gentle cold machine wash. Wash with like colours. Lie flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. Cool iron on reverse. Dry-Cleanable.

Regular Maintenance

Air out: Air your feather inners every 2 to 3 weeks in indirect sunlight or a well-ventilated area to release natural moisture and keep them fresh.

Fluff daily: Shake and plump your pillows or duvets daily to redistribute the feathers and maintain their natural loft.

Use protectors: Always use a zipped pillow protector or duvet cover to shield the natural fill from body oils and dirt.

Washing Steps

Machine type: Use a large-capacity, front-loading washing machine on a gentle or delicate cycle with cool or warm water (never hot).

Detergent: Use a tiny amount of mild or specialist down detergent. Avoid standard laundry powders, bleach, or fabric softeners that strip natural oils and cause clumping.
Rinse well: Run an extra rinse cycle to make sure all soap residue is completely washed out of the feathers.

Drying Steps

Tumble dry low: Transfer the inner immediately to a large dryer on a low-heat setting.

Use dryer balls: Toss in clean tennis balls or dryer balls to break up clumps and restore fluffiness.

Check for dryness: Ensure the item is 100% dry through to the center before using or storing it, as any hidden moisture can cause mold or bad smells.
