The Willowby is designed for indoor use. The support wires along the base can collect leaves and hold moisture when left outside. I use mine outdoors anyway, with the knowledge of the wear that may come with it. If you want something built for the elements, the stainless steel Waipuna Table is the sturdier outdoor option.
The Willowby has been part of Ico Traders for years. What started as one piece has grown into a full range, all built around that same signature wire base. As these tables are handmade, not mass produced or mould poured, there can be small inconstancies in the wires. We consider this character, not a imperfection.

Miranda provided a great service when we bought 2 Willowby wire tables online recently. We hadn't been absolutely sure of the colours that would look best in our living room - never quite sure of the accuracy of online representation - so Miranda said we could change them if desired when collecting them. After Miranda had opened up the boxes of all possible colours, we were indeed able to confirm that the online ones we had chosen were exactly right.
